The Opportunity

We are looking for a driven, hands-on Preschool Principal to lead the next phase of growth at our Punggol Oasis Terraces campus. This is an early-stage leadership opportunity for someone who wants real ownership over outcomes — building enrolment, strengthening the team, and establishing the campus as a trusted choice for families in the area. It's suited to a leader who is motivated by building something, not maintaining what already exists.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive Enrolment Growth: Take ownership of enrolment strategy, including outreach, parent engagement, and community partnerships, to build a thriving student base.
• Develop Your Team: Guide and mentor teachers through structured professional development that builds their skills, confidence, and passion for teaching.
• Lead Curriculum Delivery: Oversee the implementation of our signature inquiry-based curriculum, fostering curiosity, confidence, and emotional intelligence in every child.
• Champion Our Mission: Embed SuperGenius's mission and values across the campus, creating an environment where children, parents, and staff feel supported and inspired.
• Strengthen Community Ties: Build strong relationships with parents and the wider community, turning families into advocates through visible results in children's growth and development.
• Manage Operations: Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure full regulatory compliance, while keeping the children's wellbeing and development at the centre of every decision.

What We're Looking For

• Advanced Diploma in Early Childhood Leadership (ADECL) or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years of leadership experience in an early childhood setting, ideally with exposure to enrolment or business development
• Strong working knowledge of ECDA licensing requirements and SPARK accreditation
• A proven track record of building relationships and driving results, not just maintaining operations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A genuine passion for early childhood education and a strong sense of ownership

Compensation

SGD 5,000 – 8,000 and above per month, comprising a fixed monthly salary plus a performance-based incentive tied to enrolment growth — with no cap on incentive earnings as the campus grows.
