Preschool Teacher (Inclusive Education / Special Needs Experience)

Responsibilities:

• Plan and conduct developmentally appropriate learning activities for children.
• Support children with diverse learning, behavioural, developmental, or communication needs.
• Implement individual learning strategies and behavioural support plans where required.
• Monitor, document, and communicate children's developmental progress.
• Work closely with parents, therapists, learning support professionals, and centre management.
• Assist in daily care routines including mealtime, toileting, and classroom transitions.
• Create a safe, inclusive, and nurturing learning environment for all children.
• Support the centre's daily operations and classroom activities.

Requirements:

• Relevant Early Childhood qualification is required
• ECDA certification (ACEY / EY1 / EY2 / L1 / L2) is preferred
• Prior experience working with children with special needs, developmental delays, autism spectrum disorder (ASD), ADHD, or learning difficulties is highly preferred
• Candidates with Early Intervention (EIPIC), Learning Support, Inclusive Education, or Special Needs qualifications are strongly encouraged to apply
• Experience working in intervention centres, inclusive preschools, special education settings, or therapy environments will be an advantage
• Strong patience, empathy, and communication skills
• Fresh graduates with relevant special needs training are welcome to apply
