Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lessons and learning experiences aligned with the preschool curriculum.

• Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating classroom environment that supports children's holistic development.

• Observe, assess, and document children's learning progress and developmental milestones.

• Support children's daily routines, including meals, hygiene, rest time, and classroom transitions.

• Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues through effective communication and collaboration.

• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with ECDA regulations, centre policies, and safety standards.

• Participate actively in school events, staff meetings, professional development, and centre initiatives.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Early Childhood Care and Education (ECCE) or an ECDA-recognized equivalent.

• Valid ECDA L2 Teacher Certification.

• Passionate about early childhood education and committed to nurturing young learners.

• Strong communication, classroom management, and interpersonal skills.

• Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
