Job Summary

Looking for an experienced full-time educator to provide guidance, teaching, and supervision for two children aged 7 and 9, fostering their learning and development through tailored activities and regular progress reporting.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement effective teaching and activity plans for children aged 7 and 9 to support their learning and development
• Actively participate in and supervise various indoor and outdoor teaching activities during after-school hours and vacations
• Monitor and detect behavioral and psychological changes in children promptly to address their needs
• Independently manage daily educational tasks and coordinate activities to ensure smooth execution
• Track children’s learning progress and prepare comprehensive summary reports for parents to communicate development and areas for improvement
• Demonstrate integrity and uphold positive character traits in all interactions and responsibilities
• Exhibit compassion and sociability to engage children effectively and create a supportive learning environment
