Programme Management Lead

About the Role

FutureLearner.ai Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Programme Management Lead to direct the design, governance, and delivery of our educational programme infrastructure across two core business segments: student care operations (SSIC 88912) and AI-powered educational programmes (SSIC 85509).

This role is open to experienced technology and operations leaders making a deliberate transition into the educational services and student care sector. A minimum of 10 years of enterprise technology leadership experience is required.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and implement FutureLearner.ai's programme governance framework spanning student care delivery and AI-powered educational programmes, including programme charters, delivery SOPs, quality standards, and RACI matrices.
- Lead end-to-end programme delivery for all active student care and AI learning initiatives across Singapore and Malaysia.
- Define programme scope, objectives, timelines, resource requirements, and student outcome success criteria for all active programmes.
- Manage programme execution across concurrent workstreams; track milestones, budget, and student learning KPIs; report delivery status to CEO weekly.
- Govern the programme delivery framework for Malaysia market expansion, including franchise operator governance and localisation protocols.
- Maintain cross-programme risk registers; identify and mitigate operational, student data, and regulatory risks.
- Document and institutionalise programme SOPs, quality frameworks, and delivery playbooks for both activity areas.

Requirements

- Minimum 10 years of enterprise technology leadership, regional operations management, or cross-functional programme oversight experience.
- Proven track record in managing large-scale operations, teams, and P&L accountability.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across cross-cultural and cross-functional teams.
- Experience in Asia-Pacific markets preferred.
- Formal programme management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, MSP, PgMP, or equivalent) preferred but not required.
- No prior experience in student care or educational programme delivery required - structured on-the-job training will be provided under CEO supervision.

Monthly Salary: SGD 8,500 (gross)
Commencement Date: 1 June 2026
Location: Singapore (with occasional regional travel to Malaysia as required)
