Sales Team Lead (Corporate Training)

We are hiring a Sales Team Lead to build and run our corporate training outreach team - and to grow with us. You do not need to be a sales veteran: we will personally mentor you on AI-assisted selling and our operations playbook. What you bring is drive, emotional intelligence, and the ability to lead people.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Recruit, train, coach and manage a team of part-time associates focused on outreach and lead generation.
Personally drive corporate (B2B) outreach across all industries and bring qualified prospects into our official enquiry channel.
Set and drive team targets; manage pipeline and performance.
Ensure your team uses only school-approved materials and follows our Sales Code of Conduct.
Work closely with management on our AI-assisted sales operations.
Own and grow key corporate relationships.

REQUIREMENTS
Proven ability to lead and manage people - from any field, including sales, service, F&B, operations or sports.
Strong emotional intelligence - you read people well and coach with empathy.
A strong work ethic - you lead from the front and stay resilient.
Highly coachable - sales experience is a plus but not required; we will train you fully.
Comfortable with AI tools such as ChatGPT, or genuinely eager to master them.
Confident communicator in English; additional languages an advantage for corporate outreach.
Own transport or a Class 3 licence is an advantage.
