Our client is a leading manufacturer & sales in the commercial trucks

about the role:

• Develop and implement comprehensive training programs
• Conduct engaging and informative training sessions
• Continuously assess training effectiveness and make necessary adjustments to optimize learning outcomes
• Provide ongoing support and guidance to dealer / internal / supplier
• Partner with the marketing team to develop training materials and resources to support product launches
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to enhance training content and delivery
• Manage vehicle launch training projects

skills and experience required

• Msc / Degree in engineering / business or related
• Min 6 years of experience in conducting commercial sales training to dealer / supplier / customer in a heavy automotive / trucks / equipment / machinery environment
• Experience in giving sales training to direct dealer / cusomter with regards to the sales of the trucks etc
• Experience in Learning Management System (LMS systems), Course Design & E-Learning creation
• Proficient in using microsoft office tools
• Comfortable giving presentation
• Passion for coaching and development
