  • At least 3 years of teaching experience, preferably in an international school setting.
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English.
  • Strong understanding of the Cambridge International Curriculum for primary and/or secondary programmes.
  • Experience supporting students with English as an Additional Language (EAL).
  • Demonstrated classroom management, instructional planning, and communication skills.
  • Ability to contribute to school life beyond the classroom, including trips, clubs, and performances.

Person Specification: Desirable Skills and Qualities

  • Passion for inspiring students in English language and literature.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with students, parents, and colleagues.
  • Cultural sensitivity and adaptability in a diverse, international environment.
  • Collaborative, reflective, and committed to professional growth.
