Senior Lifeguard / Team Lead

Job Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the lifeguard team during daily operations and emergency situations.
• Ensure all lifeguards comply with lifeguarding procedures and safety standards.
• Inspect and ensure first aid kits and rescue equipment are in good working condition and fully stocked.
• Coordinate & ensure adequate lifeguard coverage at all times.
• Report pool maintenance and safety issues to the management
• Ensure pool facilities, offices, and work areas are clean and well maintained.
• Mentor and guide lifeguards to maintain high safety and service standards.

Requirements

• Relevant experience in swimming pool operations and lifeguard supervision.
• Hold a valid Bronze Medallion issued by the Singapore Life Saving Society (or equivalent).
• Certified in Standard First Aid, CPR, and AED.
• Trained in Spinal Injury Management and the use of Oxy Viva Resuscitator and Defibrillator.
• Physically fit and medically healthy.
• Minimum 3 GCE 'O' Level passes (Grades 1–6) or equivalent.
