Monthly Salary: S$6,500 – S$8,000 (Commensurate with experience)

Job Description & Key Responsibilities
Reporting directly to the Preschool Director, you will lead the operations, strategic development, and innovation initiatives for the consortium. Your responsibilities will align with the SkillsFramework (SFW) for Early Childhood as an Executive Leader:
1. Strategic Leadership & Organizational Growth
Partner with the Director to develop strategic plans driving change and innovation across organizational systems, processes, and pedagogy.
Direct and lead consortium operations, ensuring full compliance with local laws, regulatory authorities, and standard operating procedures.
Inspire innovation and progress within the Nobleland group and the wider ECCE sector.
2. Curriculum, Pedagogy & Quality Assurance
Maintain strategic oversight of curriculum high-quality standards in accordance with industry best practices.
Advocate for continuous curriculum review and mentor leaders in implementing quality teaching and learning approaches.
Oversee and maintain excellent operational standards, customer service, and quality checks to secure and retain SPARK accreditation.
Keep abreast of education industry trends, developments, and policies to pioneer new pedagogical initiatives.
3. Human Capital & Professional Capacity Building
Lead organizational succession planning, capability development, employee engagement, and talent grooming.
Champion professional development initiatives and ensure comprehensive training for all educators.
Establish a culture of care, respect, and trust, ensuring all staff and children are treated fairly and equitably.
4. Stakeholder & Community Engagement
Mentor center leaders to build professional collaboration networks with families and community stakeholders.
Foster strong business relationships and promote organizational diversity.
Job Requirements
Qualifications & Certifications:
Minimum: Diploma in Early Childhood Care and Education (ECCE) – Teaching / Leadership.
Mandatory: Advanced Diploma in Early Childhood Leadership (ADECL) or equivalent leadership qualifications recognized by ECDA.
Experience & Skills:
Proven track record as a Senior Centre Principal, Operations Manager, or Cluster Leader within the Singapore preschool landscape.
Deep familiarity with ECDA regulations, licensing requirements, and the SPARK certification framework.
Strong strategic thinking, change management, and organizational innovation capabilities.
Exceptional mentorship, interpersonal, and communication skills to effectively engage families, staff, and external stakeholders.
