Senior Preschool Educator

You're not just an educator — you're a mentor, a guide and a leader in the classroom.

As a Senior Preschool Educator, you'll elevate teaching practices, design innovative learning experiences and mentor your team to deliver the very best for children aged 18 months to 6 years. You'll also help shape the learning environment and strengthen partnerships with families and the wider community.

Responsibilities

• Lead and guide implementation of the Starbeam™ Framework
• Develop learning materials and initiatives that enhance the classroom experience
• Review and support documentation and evaluation of children's learning
• Mentor educators on classroom management and engagement strategies
• Ensure adherence to health, safety, nutrition and hygiene standards
• Lead reflective practices, professional development and innovation in teaching

Requirements

• Diploma in Early Childhood Care & Education (Teaching), Diploma in Child Psychology & Early Education or equivalent
• ECDA-certified as an L2 teacher
• IT-savvy and reflective in practice
• At least 10 years of experience as an L2 Preschool Educator
