Senior Teacher / Vice Principal

Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years of teaching experience
• Preferably L2 certified (L1 certified with senior teacher/leadership experience are welcome to apply)
• Open to nominate experienced candidates for relevant CPD courses and trainings
  

Teaching Responsibilities:

• Plan, implement, and assess age-appropriate lessons aligned with center policies while maintaining a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment.
• Responsible for all aspects of classroom management and use positive guidance strategies in managing behaviours
• Perform daily caregiving tasks to ensure children’s safety, health, and hygiene at all times

Leadership Responsibilities:

• Support Centre Principal in daily operations, administrative matters and regulatory compliance
• Lead and guide teachers through curriculum meetings and reviews
• Mentor teachers through mentoring sessions and trainings
• Drive enrolment initiatives to optimise Centre enrolment capacity
• Foster positive relationships with parents, staff and the community.
