• Diploma in Pre-school Education Leadership (DPL) / Diploma in Early Childhood Care and Education-Leadership (DECCE-L)

Requirements:

• ECDA-certified Principal

• Minimum 2–5 years of preschool teaching experience with leadership exposure

• Strong knowledge of preschool operations and ECDA regulations

• Good communication and leadership skills

• Passion for early childhood education

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily centre operations and ensure compliance with Early Childhood Development Agency (ECDA) regulations

• Lead, supervise, and support teachers and staff performance

• Manage recruitment, training, scheduling, and staff development

• Ensure a safe, clean, and nurturing environment for children

• Oversee curriculum planning and monitor children’s learning progress

• Build strong relationships with parents and handle feedback professionally

• Manage enrolment, attendance, reports, and administrative duties

• Ensure proper health, safety, and hygiene standards are maintained

• Coordinate centre events, vendors, and external stakeholders

• Support centre growth, operations, and overall service quality
