Student Care Teacher

Key Responsibilities

Academic Guidance: Ensure completion of daily homework and prepare students for weekly school spelling/dictation (Ting Xie).

Enrichment Delivery: Conduct proprietary research-based programs for English, Math, Science, and Chinese subjects.

Student Welfare & Safety: Ensure the physical safety of children within the premises and safely transfer them from school to the student care centre.

Progress Tracking: Maintain accurate records of student progress and address the unique educational needs of each child.

Parent Relations: Build and maintain strong, active communication and relationships with children and their parents.

Classroom Management: Maintain an inspiring learning environment and up-keep teaching resources using positive discipline techniques.

Requirements

Education: Diploma or higher in any discipline.

Experience: Minimum 2 years of teaching or tutoring experience with primary school students.

Skills: Ability to teach at least 1-2 primary school subjects with a solid grasp of MOE curriculum standards.

Mindset: An enthusiastic, energetic, and creative individual possessing a positive mindset.

Working hours:

44 hours per week / 5.5 days work week with split shifts or adjusted hours during school holidays and weekends.
