Roles and Responsibility (Student Care Teacher) :

• Provide strong emotional support, effective conflict resolution, and positive reinforcement to guide students' social-emotional growth.
• Deliver and execute PlayFACTO’s signature character development programs and engaging enrichment activities.
• Supervise primary school children (Primary 1 to 6), ensuring the accurate and timely completion of their daily school homework and spelling.
• Maintain high standards of safety, hygiene, and cleanliness to upkeep the premium aesthetics and environment of the centre premises.
• Maintain regular, professional liaison with parents and guardians to provide updates on their children’s academic progress, behaviour, and milestones.
• Manage operational administrative tasks, including drafting newsletters, tracking student updates, handling parent communications, and assisting with fee/form collections.
• Support centre growth by participating in open houses, school marketing events, and managing basic walk-in enquiries.
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties as delegated by the Centre Head to ensure smooth daily operations.

Requirements (Student Care Teacher) :

• Minimum requirement of a Diploma
• Prior working experience in a relevant role, preferably at the primary level, is an advantage
• Demonstrates exceptional work ethics and maintains high integrity.
• Displays a positive attitude when encountering challenges.
• Passion for working with children and fostering their love for the learning process
