Develop and implement a strategic plan that aligns with the school’s mission and goals, using data to identify areas for improvement.
Oversee the development and implementation of curricula that meet educational standards and cater to the diverse needs of students.
Ensure that teaching methods and materials are effective and up-to-date.
Administrative support: assist the principal in managing daily operations of school. This includes coordinating curriculum development, overseeing school policies, and ensuring compliance with educational regulations
Staff Management: involved in hiring, training and evaluating teachers
Curriculum oversight: implementing and monitoring the school curriculum, ensuring educational standards are met and the students achieve academic success.
Skills & Qualifications: should process strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills
Job requirement
Minimum Degree in Education
Professional command of both English and Chinese (Mandarin)
3 - 5 years of teaching experience
Over 2 years of management experience
Demonstrates strong integrity and professionalism in all tasks
Able to work on weekends
Able to work in a fast-paced, high stress work environment
