Student Learning Coach

Working Hours: Monday to Friday 10:30am to 7:30pm
Location: Junction 8

Description

• Review each student's Personalised Learning Pathway (PLP) for the day

• Prepare instructional materials, activity resources, and Farm Hub setups

• Coordinate with team members on the day's schedule and responsibilities

• Set up the learning environment, arrange workspaces, reading corners, and activity stations

• Parent update, other study hub support and activities

• Welcome students, conduct wellness check-ins, and settle them in

• Guide and supervise homework completion

• Deliver and track personalised learning tasks across all four subjects (English, Mathematics, Science, Chinese)

• Facilitate GenieSmart practice sessions and GenieClass instructional videos

• Run Reading & Reflection Hub activities: silent reading, reflection journals, gratitude journals, weekly goal setting

• Lead or support Farm & Future Hub sessions: planting, observation, recording, measurement

• Monitor each student's daily progress; update PLP records and flag concerns to the team lead

• Support social and emotional growth through positive peer interaction and mentorship

• Conduct daily review with students before dismissal

• Communicate with parents warmly and professionally at pick-up
