Lead Management: Reach out to leads generated from our website, social media, and educational events to schedule consultation sessions.
Admissions Administration: Assist students with document submission and enrollment paperwork.
Event Support: Participate in and support roadshows, education fairs, open houses, and campus information sessions.
Compliance Support: Ensure all student enrollment procedures and communications strictly adhere to the regulatory guidelines and standards.
Requirements
Education: min. Diploma in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Language Proficiency:Bi-lingual fluency to confidently assist diverse local and international applicants.
Learning Mindset: A strong willingness to learn, adapt, and receive training in sales techniques, student counseling, and institutional systems.
Industry Knowledge: Understanding of the private education landscape in Singapore and knowledge of local regulatory frameworks is a strong advantage.
Soft Skills: High energy, empathy, excellent communication skills, and a genuine passion for helping students succeed.
