Swimming Coach

Job Description & Requirements

The Swimming Coach is responsible for delivering high quality swimming programmes adhering to the in-house swimming programme of the swim school.

Skills & Requirement:

• Minimum of 1 year relevant teaching experience an advantage
• Recognized swim teacher certification or degree in Physical Education an advantage
• Able to conduct programmes for Babies, Preschool and Learn to Swim
• Fluent in English
• Ability to speak in an additional language an advantage
• Flexibility to work weekdays, evenings and weekends/ public holidays.
• Enthusiastic and positive attitude towards swimming
• Excellent communicator with both children and adults
• Possess the ability to inspire confidence and motivate swimmers
• Perseverance and patience
• A good understanding of how to differentiate in a teaching session
• Professional, punctual and well-organized person responsible for the implementation, development and organization of swimming classes
