Seeking a technically skilled automotive engine specialist to disassemble, assemble, and perform full engine overhauls while refurbishing mechanical parts and developing training programs for colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate expert knowledge of automotive engine operations to diagnose and repair engine issues effectively
• Disassemble and reassemble various types of automotive engines to restore full functionality
• Perform complete engine overhauls to ensure optimal engine performance and reliability
• Refurbish mechanical parts by applying advanced motor technical skills to extend component lifespan
• Communicate technical intentions clearly to colleagues and stakeholders to facilitate teamwork and knowledge sharing
• Take initiative to research and learn about new automotive products and technologies to enhance service quality
• Develop and deliver training programs to upskill colleagues on engine maintenance and repair techniques
