Technical Trainer

Job Title: Technical Trainer
Monthly Salary: $6,800 – $8,800 SGD
Location: Singapore
Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent

Roles & Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deliver technical training programs for end users and IT staff
• Create e-learning modules, instructor-led materials, quick reference guides, and videos
• Conduct floor-walking and classroom training sessions for new tooling (M365, Teams, etc.)
• Assess training needs and customize content for different user personas
• Deliver virtual training via Teams or Zoom
• Track training completion and measure training effectiveness
• Maintain training content library and keep materials up to date
• Provide train-the-trainer sessions to internal champions
• Support change management activities with communication and engagement
• Continuously improve training approaches based on feedback and metrics
• Create assessments and certification paths for end users
• Collaborate with project teams to prepare training for new system rollouts

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Education, Information Technology, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in technical training delivery
• Certified Technical Trainer (CTT+) certification preferred
• Proficiency with e-learning authoring tools (Adobe Captivate, Articulate Storyline)
• Experience training Microsoft 365 applications
• Excellent presentation, facilitation, and communication skills
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts in simple terms
• Experience with learning management systems (LMS)
• Patient and engaging training style for diverse user groups
