Training Coordinator

• 6- month contract, subject to renewal/ conversion 
• Mon - Fri, office hours
• Changi
• up to $4000 per month + $30HP allowance
• Training provided

Responsibilities: 

• Assist with course applications, enquiries, visa processing, travel arrangements, and preparation of course materials and instructor logistics.
• Manage daily course operations including classroom setup, technical support, and participant attendance.
• Support post-course activities such as processing evaluations, issuing certificates, maintaining participant records, and handling instructor claims.
• Act as main contact for participants and instructors, coordinating accommodation, local transport,and special requests.
• Oversee course scheduling, track and reconcile expenses, process payments, and coordinate with finance and administrative teams.

Requirements: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Education, Business Administration, or a related field
• Willingness to work on-site at training venues with travel involved
• Experience in event management or organizing educational programs is a plus
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Familiarity with LMS, event management, CRM, and communication tools is an added advantage
• Singaporeans only
