TRAINING EXECUTIVE

Position Overview

AlphaESS Overseas Business Division is expanding rapidly. We are seeking a creative and tech-savvy Senior Training Specialist to support global employee onboarding and internal knowledge enablement.

This role focuses on transforming company knowledge, product information, and operational processes into scalable digital learning content for international teams. The ideal candidate is skilled in instructional design, AI-powered content creation, and multimedia learning development, with the ability to turn complex information into clear, engaging, and reusable training materials.

Key Responsibilities

Global Onboarding & Learning Content

l Develop onboarding and internal learning materials for global employees, covering company background, products, workflows, systems, and customer communication standards.

l Structure and organize complex information into clear, user-friendly learning experiences for international teams.

AI-Powered Content Creation

l Utilize AI tools and digital content platforms to create scalable training assets, including:

ü AI-generated videos

ü Interactive learning modules

ü Voiceover presentations

ü Digital knowledge materials

l Continuously explore new technologies to improve training efficiency and engagement.

Instructional Design & Content Optimization

l Convert existing PPTs, technical documents, SOPs, and internal materials into visually engaging and easy-to-understand training content.

l Design learning flows that improve knowledge retention and support self-paced learning.

Multimedia Training Development

l Produce reusable training resources that can be deployed across global offices and remote teams.

l Collaborate with product, technical support, operations, and management teams to ensure training accuracy and consistency.

Knowledge Management Support

l Support the development and maintenance of internal knowledge libraries and digital learning resources.

l Help standardize training content and communication practices across regions.

Requirements

Language & Communication

l Excellent English communication and writing skills, with the ability to create professional training materials for international audiences.

l Professional working proficiency in Mandarin Chinese to collaborate with regional stakeholders and source materials.

Digital & AI Capability

l  Strong interest in AI tools, digital learning technologies, and multimedia content creation.

l  Hands-on experience with tools such as:

ü ChatGPT / Claude

ü AI video generation platforms

ü Presentation and visual design tools

ü Interactive learning platforms

Experience

l 5+ years of experience in corporate training, instructional design, learning content development, or knowledge management.

l Experience supporting regional or international teams is preferred.

l Experience in technology, energy storage, electronics, SaaS, or related industries is an advantage.

Preferred Profile

l Strong ability to simplify technical or operational concepts into practical learning content.

l Detail-oriented, self-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced international environment.
