Job Description

• Observes and evaluates the environment to make necessary modifications where neceessary to meet the needs of children.
• Collaborates with colleagues and families to modify and implement changes to the schedules according to the children's needs.
• Ensure teachers provide a warm and nurturing environment for children to feel invited.
• Supervise staff is able to provide safety and hygiene for the centre.
• Ensure safety and hygiene of the children.
• Develops programme schedules that meets children's needs and support smooth transition.
• Maintain good communication with all stakeholders.
• Evaluate the implementation of curriculum by staff.

Job Requirement

• Degree/Diploma in Early Childhood (Leadership).
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant supervisory experience in a pre-school.
• ADECL is a MUST. Candidates who are expected to graduate within the year may be considered.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Familiar with One@ECDA and CMS system.
• Experience in leading and managing the team in SPARK Accreditation.
