Job Description - Vice Principal (Childcare) / Commonwealth / Mon - Fri

☞ Commonwealth Childcare

☞ AWS + Performance Bonus

☞ Annual Increment

The Challenges:

• Manage and oversees the centre

• Plan and organize school activities

• Ensure smooth daily operations of the centre

• Work closely with agencies, management, and staff

• Build rapport with children and parents

What it takes:

• Min Diploma in Early Childhood and Education (Leadership)

• L2 ECDA-certified with teaching experience

• Able to implement a curriculum based on Christian values

• Knowledge of IT, financial and budget management

• Min 3 years of managing experience

• Strong leadership qualities

• Able to lead a team
