Responsibilities

• Manage alumni communications and respond to enquiries professionally across multiple channels.

• Maintain and update the alumni database to support effective outreach and engagement initiatives.

• Plan, coordinate, and execute local and overseas alumni engagement events and networking activities.

• Manage alumni-related digital content, including social media platforms and website updates.

• Develop and promote alumni success stories, achievements, and community highlights.

• Monitor programme effectiveness, prepare reports, manage budgets, and recommend improvements based on feedback and best practices.

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to strengthen alumni relations, support career opportunities, lifelong learning initiatives, and perform ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Candidate with bachelor degree in business or other relevant study are welcome to apply.

• Candidate with stakeholder management and alumni engagement experience are welcome to apply.

• Willing to travel independently overseas to support alumni events when required.
