Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate all exams, quizzes, class tests, and re-examinations.
• Prepare exam schedules and arrange exam venues or online exam platforms.
• Coordinate with lecturers, university partners, and invigilators to ensure everything is ready before exams.
• Prepare and manage exam papers and other examination materials securely.
• Brief invigilators on exam procedures and assign them to examination sessions.
• Monitor exams on the actual exam day to ensure rules are followed and resolve any issues that arise.
• Handle cases of cheating or academic misconduct according to procedures.
• Collect exam scripts after examinations and ensure they are marked within the required timeline.
• Coordinate with lecturers for moderation and release of examination results.
• Update students' examination records, results, and graduation status in the student management system.
