1 year contract Lab Service Engineer - Up to $2.5K #HKH

• Process and post alltechnical data to work request management and submission system.
• Conduct all assigned work with compliance to meet our organization’s safety and quality requirements.
• Perform at least 1-2automated test methods
• Plan, maintain and coordinate timely PM schedule/program for equipment to support test methods
• Able to support PTLequipment in:
• Basic installation
• PM
• Basic troubleshooting
• In house calibration and validation with approved SOP’s
• Coordinate advanced/specialized calibration/troubleshooting with external vendors
• Notify Team Leader when there is an anomaly with the equipment
• Ensure to maintain a good record of equipment usage and maintenance file with the SOP/CBA, JSA, Trained User, Equipment Usage/Calibration Log, Errors and Corresponding Troubleshooting Guides, Calibration/PM/Validation and Service ReportsChecklists
• Train new lab users on proper use and JSA of PTL equipment
• Perform Root Cause and Corrective Analysis when troubleshooting equipment breakdown
• Communicate immediately any product testing deviation, instrumentation failures/issues, or any other laboratory anomalies directly to Team Leader. Qualifications and Criteria

Requirements

• Min Diploma in science or engineering courses
• Some internship / experience with equipment calibration, preventive maintenance
