Quality Assurance Engineer (Customer Support)

Salary: $2,800 – $4,000

Working Hours: Mon – Fri, 8:00am – 5:30pm

Location: Sembawang

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer quality issues and support product/process improvement activities
  • Work with internal teams to implement corrective and preventive actions
  • Perform process optimization and data analysis using statistical tools
  • Support external audits based on TS & ISO requirements
  • Prepare quality reports and support other quality-related activities

Requirements:

  • Degree in Chemical / Mechanical Engineering, Chemistry, Materials Science, or related field
  • Semiconductor industry experience in customer quality support is an advantage
  • Knowledge of QC tools (FMEA, SPC, 8D) and statistical software (DOE, JMP) is preferred
  • Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently or as part of a team
  • Willing to travel overseas and work overtime when required (average 2–3 times per month)
