Account Manager

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Account Manager to manage post-sales customer operations for enterprise customers. This role is responsible for customer order planning, execution, and cross-functional coordination to ensure on-time delivery and a high level of customer satisfaction. This is not a sales role.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer orders from creation through shipment and billing.
• Coordinate order planning, WIP updates, shipment schedules, and delivery commitments.
• Act as the primary contact for customer enquiries and operational issues.
• Liaise with Engineering, Production, Planning, Logistics, IT, and Sales to fulfil customer requirements.
• Support Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and prepare customer reports.
• Communicate changes in customer requirements and product specifications internally.
• Identify opportunities to grow existing customer accounts through value-added services.

Requirements

• Degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, Project Management, or related discipline.
• At least 10 years of experience in account management, customer operations, order management, or supply chain within a manufacturing environment.
• Experience in semiconductor, electronics, or advanced manufacturing is preferred.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing, production planning, logistics, and customer fulfilment.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Team leadership experience is an advantage.
