Account Manager (CCTV / Sales)

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and manage new and existing customer accounts.
• Promote and sell CCTV, Access Control, Video Intercom, Alarm, and other security solutions.
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable security solutions.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow up on sales opportunities.
• Build strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and system integrators.
• Coordinate with the technical and project teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and identify new business opportunities.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction and provide after-sales support when required.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, Information Technology, Electronics, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of sales experience in CCTV, Access Control, Electronic Security, ELV, or related industries.
• Good knowledge of CCTV, Access Control, Video Management Systems (VMS), biometric systems, and related security products.
• Willing to travel for customer meetings and site visits.
