ACMV Project Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Manage HVAC/ACMV projects from planning to completion, including installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance.

• Oversee HVAC systems such as Chillers, AHUs, FCUs, VRV/VRF systems, ventilation systems, and piping works.

• Lead and supervise engineers, technicians, and subcontractors to ensure work is completed safely, on time, and within budget.

• Develop preventive and corrective maintenance programs and troubleshoot system issues.

• Coordinate with clients, consultants, suppliers, and internal teams on project and service matters.

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and company procedures.

• Monitor project progress, manpower, costs, and operational performance.

• Support tendering, budgeting, and technical proposal preparation when required.

• Review technical drawings, specifications, and project schedules to ensure proper execution and coordination.

• Conduct regular site inspections and performance reviews to maintain service quality and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services, or related field.

• Minimum 5 years of relevant HVAC/ACMV experience, preferably in a leadership role.

• Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems and maintenance practices.

• Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Familiar with project management, safety regulations, and service operations.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and reporting tools.
