ACMV Service Engineer

KeyResponsibilities

·       Carry out preventive and correctivemaintenance for ACMV systems.

·       Diagnose faults and performtroubleshooting on ACMV equipment.

·       Repair and replace defective ACMVcomponents as required.

·       Perform servicing, testing, andcommissioning of ACMV systems after repair or replacement.

·       Attend service calls and emergencybreakdowns in a timely manner.

·       Prepare service reports, maintenancerecords, and technical documentation.

·       Conduct site inspections and recommendrepair or replacement works.

·       Liaise with customers to understandtechnical issues and provide appropriate solutions.

·       Coordinate with subcontractors andsuppliers when required.

·       Ensure all service activities complywith Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) requirements and company safetyprocedures.

·       Ensure proper use and maintenance oftools, equipment, and company assets.

·       Support quotation preparation for repair and maintenance works where required.

·       Assist in planning maintenance schedules and manpower deployment.

·       Provide technical guidance and support to Service Technicians when necessary.

·       Perform any other duties assigned by Management.

Requirements
·       Diplomaor Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services Engineering, or arelated discipline.

·       Minimum3–5 years of ACMV servicing and maintenance experience.

·       Strong knowledge of:

• o Chillers
• o  AHU
• o  FCU
• o  VRV/VRF Systems
• o  Split Units
• o  Mechanical Ventilation Systems
• o  Chilled Water Systems

·       Strong troubleshooting and fault diagnosis skills.

·       Able to read technical drawings and equipment manuals.

·       Goodcommunication and customer service skills.

·       Ableto work independently with minimal supervision.

·       Possessa Class 3 Driving Licence is preferred.

·       Willingto travel to customer sites across Singapore.

·       Able to attend after-office hours or emergency breakdowns when required.
