Job Description - Aftermarket Sales Manager (MRO Business Development/APAC)

Aftermarket Sales Manager (MRO Business Development/APAC)

Location: Seletar

Salary: To commensurate with experience

Our client is a US aerospace manufacturer. They manufacture military rotorcraft as well as commercial helicopters. Our client also involves in wholesale of aircraft equipment and aircraft supplies (including aeronautical equipment).

Job Summary :

  • To lead business growth, strengthen key customer relationships, and drive strategic sales initiatives across the region

Responsibilities:

  • Own and grow aftermarket sales across APAC, driving revenue and market expansion
  • Build and manage relationships with key helicopter operators, MRO providers, and aviation partners
  • Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities across services, parts, and support solutions
  • Lead proposal strategy, pricing alignment, and contract development with cross-functional teams
  • Act as the primary interface between customers and internal support teams
  • Drive pipeline growth and forecasting through Salesforce
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and MRO conferences

Requirements:

  • 10+ years’ experience in aviation, ideally within helicopter MRO or aftermarket services
  • Excellent track record in sales, business development, or customer success
  • Deep understanding of rotorcraft maintenance, repair, and overhaul environments
  • Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and close complex deals
  • Experience working across multicultural markets in Asia-Pacific
  • Excellent commercial acumen and strategic thinking
  • Experience with rotorcraft OEMs or helicopter platforms
  • Salesforce proficiency
  • Technical certifications (A&P license, pilot license, etc.)
