AI Engineer

Job Scope

Design, develop, and deploy artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML) systems.

Build, train, test, and optimize machine learning models and algorithms.

Collect, clean, and analyze data to improve model accuracy and system performance.

Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to implement AI solutions in real-world applications.

Develop and maintain AI-powered applications, automation tools, and data pipelines.

Perform model evaluation, tuning, and continuous improvement.

Monitor AI system performance and resolve technical issues promptly.

Research emerging AI technologies, frameworks, and industry trends, and propose innovative solutions.

Prepare and maintain technical documentation, model documentation, and development reports.

Ensure data security, system stability, and compliance with company standards.

Support system deployment, upgrades, and production maintenance.

Perform any other ad-hoc duties assigned by management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or related field.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or others.
• Experience in machine learning, deep learning, and data analysis.
• Familiar with AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
• Knowledge of databases, APIs, cloud services, and big data technologies.
• Strong understanding of algorithms, data structures, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in model deployment and optimization is a plus.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Passionate about AI and willing to continuously learn new technologies.
