Job Summary

AI FIRST seeks an AI Solutions Engineer to collaborate with customers and internal teams to recommend, demonstrate, implement, and support AI SaaS solutions. This role involves gathering requirements, delivering training, and driving continuous product improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze customer business requirements to recommend appropriate AI SaaS solutions that address operational needs
  • Conduct engaging product demonstrations and proof-of-concept sessions to showcase AI platform capabilities
  • Gather, document, and communicate detailed customer requirements and system issues to support solution design and development
  • Configure and implement AI SaaS platforms to meet customer specifications and ensure successful deployment
  • Deliver onboarding and user training to facilitate smooth adoption of AI solutions and provide post-implementation support
  • Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering teams to align customer feedback with product enhancements
  • Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify opportunities for continuous product improvement
  • Build and maintain long-term customer relationships by providing professional, responsive support and communication

Required competencies and certifications

  • Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related IT disciplines
  • 1–3 years of relevant experience or fresh graduate with strong learning agility
  • Ability to quickly understand AI SaaS platforms, customer business processes, and technical concepts
  • Basic knowledge of SaaS applications, web-based systems, backend management, APIs, and software issue reporting
  • Skilled in gathering, analyzing, and documenting customer feedback, business requirements, and system issues clearly and systematically
  • Detail-oriented and proactive in managing issues to ensure timely resolution
  • Strong presentation and interpersonal skills, comfortable working on-site with customers
  • Proficient in English; Mandarin language skills are an advantage

  • Curiosity and eagerness to learn new AI technologies, SaaS solutions, and enterprise software
  • Ability to balance customer needs with product and technical considerations, communicating effectively with diverse stakeholders

  • Responsible and proactive attitude with commitment to task follow-through for successful project outcomes
