AI Systems Specialist (Fresh Graduates Welcome)

We are looking for someone to bridge business operations and technical execution across our AI and automation initiatives. You will work closely with frontline teams, operational stakeholders, and external development partners to uncover workflow bottlenecks, define automation opportunities, and oversee the rollout of AI-driven internal tools and integrations.

This is a long-term opportunity for someone who wants to grow into a strategic AI operations and systems role. As you gain domain and technical expertise, you will contribute to the evolution of the company’s internal AI infrastructure and help build a scalable AI-focused operational capability.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner closely with business and operational teams to understand existing workflows, identify inefficiencies, and uncover opportunities for AI-driven automation.
• Translate operational requirements into clear technical specifications and coordinate with external technology partners on implementation.
• Contribute to the planning and execution of the company’s AI and automation strategy across internal systems and workflows.
• Support the rollout of AI-powered tools, workflow automations, and system integrations across different business functions.
• Review and validate APIs, automation logic, system behavior, and AI-generated outputs to ensure reliability and production readiness.
• Participate in testing, troubleshooting, and refining workflows before deployment to end users.
• Work with internal stakeholders and external vendors to continuously improve system performance and operational efficiency.
• Maintain and enhance automation workflows, integrations, and lightweight internal tools or scripts where required.
• Document processes, workflows, and technical requirements to support long-term scalability and operational continuity.
• Contribute to building internal knowledge and capabilities around AI, automation, and operational technology.

Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Fresh graduates in relevant fields are welcome to apply!
• 1–3 years of experience in technical operations, systems integration, workflow automation, IT coordination, or business systems analysis.
• Experience coordinating with external software vendors, implementation partners, or technical stakeholders is advantageous.

Technical Skills

Data & Scripting

• Proficiency in SQL for querying and analyzing operational or customer data.
• Working knowledge of Python for scripting, automation, API integrations, or data processing tasks.

Systems & Integrations

• Familiarity with REST APIs, webhooks, JSON, and modern SaaS/system integration concepts.
• Understanding of how different platforms and services communicate within operational workflows.

Workflow Automation

• Exposure to workflow automation tools, middleware platforms, or low-code/no-code orchestration systems.
• Ability to think through operational processes, dependencies, and automation logic.

AI & Automation Knowledge

• Foundational understanding of generative AI, large language models (LLMs), prompt engineering, and retrieval-based AI workflows.
• Interest in applying AI solutions to real operational and business use cases.
