Job Description - AIR-CONDITIONING AND REFRIGERATION ENGINEER

Job Summary

Perform maintenance, installation, troubleshooting, and repair of air-conditioning systems, including VRV systems. Lead and guide technicians to complete tasks efficiently within set time frames. Execute additional duties as assigned by management.

Responsibilities

Maintain and install air-conditioning systems, including VRV systems, to ensure optimal performance
Troubleshoot and repair air-conditioning system faults to restore functionality promptly
Supervise and guide technicians during daily maintenance and installation tasks to ensure quality and safety
Monitor and ensure all maintenance and installation work is completed within designated time frames
Execute ad hoc duties assigned by management to support operational needs
