What You'll Do

• Own the full ML lifecycle for our core matching and transaction algorithms — from data processing and feature engineering to model training, deployment, and monitoring
• Iterate on supply-demand matching models, marketing algorithms, and pricing strategies to drive continuous improvement in platform metrics
• Go deep into product and business data to identify model gaps, propose improvements, and drive them to production
• Stay close to frontier research and apply relevant advances to real business problems

What We're Looking For

• 2–5 years of experience in algorithm engineering, with hands-on work in search, recommendation, advertising, or matching systems
• Strong foundations in machine learning — understanding of model design, training, and evaluation
• Proficiency in Python and mainstream ML/DL frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, etc.)
• Experience with the full model development lifecycle: data, features, training, deployment, A/B testing
• Plus: experience in causal inference, time-series forecasting, spatio-temporal modeling, reinforcement learning, or operations research
• Strong analytical mindset, high data sensitivity, and the ability to connect algorithm work to business outcomes
• Good communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
