Adecco is partnering with a Global Leader in Heavy Vehicle & Automotive 

The Job:

• Lead dealer network expansion and aftermarket readiness by evaluating new dealer appointments, facility upgrades, and service capability development across the region.
• Drive retail and aftersales performance through KPI monitoring, gap analysis, and implementation of corrective actions to improve operational and financial results.
• Develop, implement, and enforce dealer operating standards, ensuring compliance, operational excellence, and continuous improvement across importer and dealer networks.
• Deploy and sustain aftersales systems, tools, and retail initiatives (e.g., workshop planning, dealer management systems, roadside support programs) in alignment with regional and global strategies.
• Build importer and dealer capabilities through training, audits, best-practice sharing, and stakeholder collaboration to enhance service quality, customer experience, and network profitability.

The Talent:

• Degree in Engineering or relevant discipline 
• 5 - 10 years Aftermarket and Dealership Management experience in Heavy Automotive Sectors across APAC
