Responsibilities:
Support the sales team in pre‑sales activities: technical clarification, feasibility checks, cycle-time and energy calculations, ROI justification.
Prepare and deliver technical presentations, demos, and product trainings for customers, distributors, and internal staff.
Participate in customer visits, line audits, and design reviews; capture requirements and translate them into clear technical specifications.
Provide structured feedback from customers and applications to product management and R&D for roadmap and product improvements.
Contribute to application notes, best-practice guidelines, and reference designs.
Requirements:
At least a ITE / Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Automation, or similar (or equivalent practical experience).
Min a 2-3 years work experience in technical based sales
Good level of customer communication skills, able to explain complex technical topics in a clear, business‑oriented way.
