What You'll Be Doing

🔬 Technical & Application Support
• Provide equipment installation, system setup, product demonstrations, and user training for both hardware and software solutions
• Deliver application and technical support to customers, helping them maximize the value of laboratory systems
• Troubleshoot issues and recommend solutions tailored to customer research and operational requirements

🌏 Regional Customer Support
• Provide after-sales service and technical support to customers in Singapore and selected ASEAN countries
• Build strong relationships with researchers, laboratory personnel, and industry professionals
• Work closely with customers to ensure successful implementation and adoption of solutions

📢 Product Demonstrations & Training
• Support product launches, workshops, seminars, and scientific events
• Prepare demonstration materials and conduct hands-on product training sessions
• Assist in showcasing innovative technologies to customers and stakeholders

🧪 Laboratory & Sample Preparation
• Prepare and handle biological samples for demonstrations, evaluations, and training activities
• Ensure proper handling procedures and maintain high laboratory standards

🤝 Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Partner closely with sales, service, and regional teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience
• Maintain accurate documentation, training records, and customer feedback reports
