Architectural Coordinator / Assistant (Infrastructure / M&E)

Our client is a reputable construction and engineering company specializing in large-scale building and interior fit-out projects across Singapore. Due to ongoing project expansion, they are looking for an Architectural Coordinator to join their operations team. They are located in the (Central) – easily accessible.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate architectural works on-site and monitor project progress according to schedule and specifications
• Liaise with consultants, architects, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams on technical and site coordination matters
• Review and coordinate architectural shop drawings, material submissions, and technical documentation
• Support quantity take-off for architectural works and assist in project cost verification
• Conduct site inspections with consultants and relevant authorities to ensure compliance with project requirements
• Monitor site safety activities and maintain proper documentation of daily site operations
• Prepare site reports, meeting minutes, and submission records including RFI, RFA, and related documentation
• Coordinate authority submissions, inspections, and compliance requirements such as CONQUAS, Constructability, and CoreTrade
• Work closely with building management during addition & alteration or enhancement projects
• Participate in project meetings, safety briefings, and site coordination activities
• Support night shift operations when required by project needs

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Building, Construction Management, or related discipline
• Minimum 10 years of experience in architectural coordination within construction projects
• Familiar with authority submissions, shop drawing coordination, and site documentation processes
• Experience handling architectural works for building or fit-out projects in Singapore
• Knowledge of CONQUAS, Constructability, CoreTrade, and local construction regulations will be advantageous
