What You'll Be Doing

✅ Assemble server components, chassis, hard drives, server racks, and cabinets according to work instructions

✅ Perform server assembly and integration tasks on the production line

✅ Carry out unpacking, packaging, and rack-building activities efficiently and accurately

✅ Conduct basic quality checks to ensure products meet required standards

✅ Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment by following 5S and housekeeping practices

✅ Adhere to safety procedures and company guidelines at all times

✅ Support operational requirements and work on rotating shifts when required

What We're Looking For

✔ 1–2 years of assembly, manufacturing, production, or related experience preferred

✔ Comfortable using screwdrivers, hand tools, and assembly equipment

✔ Basic computer literacy for production-related tasks

✔ Physically fit and able to stand for long periods during work shifts

✔ Comfortable working at heights and using ladders when required

✔ Positive attitude, willing to learn, and able to work well in a team environment
