Job Responsibilities:
1. Assist in setup and daily maintenance of final assembly production lines.
2. Support analysis and disposition of defective products.
3. Assist in process research, verification and continuous improvement activities.
4. Follow up verification results of line equipment, tooling & fixtures, and submit optimization requests.
5. Assist in compiling and releasing production work instructions and process technical documents.
6. Support resolution of R&D issues and improvement of assembly line throughput.
7. Track and complete full closed-loop handling of ECR/TCN documents.
Job Requirements:
1. Minimum 2 years of production process experience; majored in Mechanical Engineering or Electronics, with automotive.
2. electronics industry background preferred.
3. Skilled in precision structural assembly; experience in AA alignment, motor assembly and related processes is a plus.
4. Strong analytical ability to identify root causes from data analysis and drive corrective actions for problem resolution.
5. Excellent logical thinking, communication skills, learning agility and teamwork awareness with a high sense of responsibility.
6. Must be willing to work rotating shifts (including night shift), weekends, public holidays and overtime after hours as required.
