Assist the ACMV Manager in overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of ACMV projects from commencement to handover.
Coordinate and supervise site activities to ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with project specifications.
Manage and coordinate with clients, consultants, main contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal project teams.
Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions to minimize delays.
Review engineering drawings, technical specifications, method statements, and material submissions for compliance.
Ensure all ACMV works comply with local regulations, industry standards, and workplace safety requirements.
Plan and monitor manpower deployment, material procurement, equipment utilization, and subcontractor performance.
Attend project coordination meetings, site inspections, and client meetings, and prepare progress reports when required.
Assist in project cost control, budgeting, variation orders, and claims.
Support testing, commissioning, inspections, defect rectification, and final project handover.
Mentor and supervise junior engineers, site supervisors, and technical staff.
Perform any other duties assigned by the ACMV Manager or Management.
Job Requirements
Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in ACMV project management or engineering, preferably in Singapore.
Strong knowledge of ACMV systems, including chilled water systems, VRV/VRF systems, ventilation, ductwork, and mechanical services.
Good understanding of Singapore building codes, BCA requirements, workplace safety regulations, and relevant engineering standards.
Experience in managing multiple ACMV projects simultaneously.
Ability to review engineering drawings, technical documents, and project specifications.
Strong leadership, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD. Knowledge of BIM/Revit will be an added advantage.
Able to work independently, manage project priorities, and meet tight project deadlines.
Possession of a valid Class 3 driving licence will be an added advantage.
