Assistant / Chief Engineer

The successful candidate will oversee the department’s daily operations and administration, ensuring optimal performance of building systems and services.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the smooth operations and maintenance of the building, facilities, and all mechanical, electrical, and engineering services.
• Plan and implement preventive and corrective maintenance schedules for all machinery, equipment, civil works.
• Lead and supervise a team of technicians, ensuring adherence to safety standards, operational efficiency, and service quality.
• Manage and maintain accurate records of engineering inventory and supplies.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity within the hospitality industry.

• Strong technical knowledge in preventive maintenance, building equipment, and M&E systems, including energy management.

• Proven leadership, analytical and decision-making skills.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
