ASSISTANT ENGINEER (Electrical / Electronics)

Job Summary

Lead site operations by assigning daily targets, managing personnel, and ensuring timely project completion. Provide technical advice, maintain electronic equipment, and analyze customer needs to develop electrical system plans.

Responsibilities

• Assign daily accomplishment targets and monitor progress to achieve site goals
• Prepare and submit accurate site daily reports, inspection requests, estimates, and monitoring reports on schedule
• Lead site personnel to execute tasks efficiently and complete projects within deadlines
• Provide technical advice and actionable suggestions to enhance project outcomes
• Maintain and troubleshoot electronic equipment and components to ensure operational reliability
• Analyze customer requirements to determine costs, capacity, and specifications for electrical system planning
• Participate actively in regular meetings to coordinate site activities and share updates

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Use Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Microsoft Project to support site operations
• Communicate technical information clearly through strong verbal and written skills
• Manage multiple tasks independently with minimal supervision
• Collaborate effectively as a team player to assist and support colleagues
• Apply experience in electrical and electronics fields to support senior engineers on site
