Assistant Engineer ( Pharma MNC Joo Koon)

Highlights

• No experience required as training provided 

• Gross salary up to $3,200, including shift premium and allowances

• AWS + Variable Bonus (15% of Annual Salary) 

• Company transport from Boon Lay, Choa Chu Kang, Joo Koon, Pioneer, Woodlands, and Jurong East

• 2-2-3 shift pattern, average 14–15 working days per month
  

Job Responsibilities

• Operate production equipment and support daily manufacturing activities

• Perform quality checks and report any abnormalities

• Complete production documentation and system transactions accurately

• Follow GMP, GDP, SOP, safety, and quality requirements

• Maintain good housekeeping and support continuous improvement activities
  

Requirements

• NITEC / Higher NITEC or equivalent

• Candidates with or without experience are welcome

• Able to work 12-hour rotating day/night shifts on a 2-2-3 schedule

• Comfortable working in a cleanroom environment

• Responsible, disciplined, and willing to learn
