Job Description - Assistant / Sales Manager - B2B B2C

Job Summary:

Drive business growth by managing end-to-end B2B & B2C sales cycles, building client relationships, and achieving revenue targets.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability goals.
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, referrals, and market research.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, including lead generation, qualification, proposal preparation, negotiation, and closing.
  • Conduct client meetings to understand needs, present solutions, and identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
  • Prepare quotations, tenders, proposals, and commercial agreements in line with internal guidelines.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Operations, Customer Service, Technical Support, Marketing, Finance) to ensure successful delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor market trends, customer requirements, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and recommend strategies.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline updates, account plans, and regular management reports.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and KPIs.
  • Handle customer enquiries, resolve commercial issues, and ensure timely follow-up.
  • Represent the company at exhibitions, trade shows, and networking events.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM systems.
  • Mentor and provide guidance to junior sales team members where applicable.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales or business development within a B2B environment.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong skills in business development, negotiation, and client relationship management.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Ability to understand customer needs and deliver value-based solutions.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven with strong commercial awareness.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and CRM systems.
  • Willingness to travel for business development and client meetings when required.
